Room Usage Agreement
I understand that by not honoring the Instructional Technology
Center Room Usage Agreement, I may be relinquishing future use of these
rooms.

If food and/or beverages will be served, you are responsible for the arrangement of delivery, removal and cleanup. Sodexho or Wits End pickup from ITC rooms must be no later than 4:45pm Monday - Thursday; and no later than 4:00pm on Fridays. |
