I understand that by not honoring the Instructional Technology Center Room Usage Agreement, I may be relinquishing future use of these rooms.

 The configuration of furniture will be returned to original ITC room configuration. 

All food and refuse will be removed from the room(s) before I vacate.

 I will secure doors (close and lock) when I vacate the room(s).

If YES Who will be providing Catering?

If food and/or beverages will be served, you are responsible for the arrangement of delivery, removal and cleanup. Sodexho or Wits End pickup from ITC rooms must be no later than 4:45pm Monday - Thursday; and no later than 4:00pm on Fridays.
