Fees for ITC Teaching Facilities

Internal Users (UMB Departments/Groups conducting University-sponsored business)
During Business Hours: No Fee / Evenings: $150 technical support fee per room/ Evenings: $150 technical support fee per room

External Users
Presentation Rooms 1 and 3 (rates per room)
½ Business Day: $750 / 1 Business Day: $1500 / Evening: $900/ ½ Weekend Day: $900 /1 Weekend Day: $1800

Presentation Rooms 2 and 4, Media Auditorium, Conference Room (rates per room)
½ Business Day: $500 / 1 Business Day: $1000 / Evening: $650/ ½ Weekend Day: $650 /1 Weekend Day: $1300
